The Problem

Current use of indoor gym equipment, mainly rowing machines, as a part of a rowing club is incredibly boring. Through our initial research, we found that majority of rowers would prefer not to do gym sessions week to week, but do anyway as they understand the fitness benifits.

Using rowing machines inside the gym is also an inherintly individual task, removing the fun, social aspect that rowing on the water brings.

Our Solution

nemorō solves both of the afformentioned problems by providing an engaging visual experience, while keeping track of the groups pace and timing. With the use of a 'virtual cox', we can encourage the group while rowing, let them know if they are getting out of time, motivate them through a program and so much more!

Hardware

For Concept2 Erg's

For those users with Concept2 Erg machines, our software can connect directly to any PM2 or PM3 rowing machine display.

For other machines

Our easy to set up hardware allows any other rowing machine to connect into the nemorō software. Utilising an UltraSonic sensor to detect your position, this is easily retrofit to any machine.
